At Rift Clothing, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy

Customers can request an exchange within 48 to 72 hours of receiving their order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed.

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

  • The product must be in its original condition.

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Refund Policy

Refund requests must be raised within 48 to 72 hours after the order has been delivered.

Refunds will only be approved in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product

  • Defective or manufacturing defect

Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Non-Eligible Items

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Used or washed products

  • Products damaged after use

  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers

  • Requests made after the eligible return/exchange period

  • Products without original tags or packaging


Return Shipping

Customers may be required to bear the return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, damaged, or defective item).
